Thursday's Protein Train/Menu's
Good Afternoon ladies
I'm posting this early because I don't think I'll be here and I've gone back to planning my daily menu's and sticking to it!! I hope everyone is having a good day.
B~ Carb/sugar control yogart & 3 strawberries = 5
S~ Protein Hot Chocolate = 28
S~ Few cheese cubes = 5
L~ Grilled chicken breast & salad = 37
S~ 1 small orange = 1
D~ Grilled turkey patty w/ cheese and spicy chili beans = 30
S~ NSA fudgesicle = 2
Protein.. 108
Water.. 42 oz so far
Vitamins.. on track

Kay, you did great with your protein today!!! I'm trying to do better, and I did today. Still need to get in gear a little bith. I'm gonna start planning my meals too. But here goes what I had today:
B- 2 HB eggs, 2 slices bacon= 14
S- 3 donut holes
L- pintos and cheese, all meat and few bites of rice from Taco Bell steak bowl= 21
D- 3 hushpuppies, some crab dip, few bites from fish fillet, 4 fried shrimp, some veggies= about 24
S- Light n Fit yogurt, 100 cal pack white cheddar popcorn
Protein: 64 grams
I'm doing better tomorrow!!!
