Why Can't Fiber One Taste Like Coco Pebbles?

I use Citrucel SF 1x a day and love it. It tastes like OJ & goes down smooth. I still have to take 2 stool softeners a day with it but I have found that combination works well.

This is probably the only thing I HAVEN'T tried yet. Is it a powder that you mix? It's not grainy like the metamucil? I already take one stook softener a day, maybe I'll try up up that and add this. I was really hoping that this would even out this far out from surgery. BUT, if it doesn't, it's still a small price to pay, right?

I take the Walmart brand stool softener - generic for colace. I take 2-3 every morning and don't have a problem. Karla

Hey Karla! I also take the Walmart brand stool softeners, but I only take one a day. Maybe I'll try to up the amount and see if that works for me. How are you feeling? When is the next stage of your lift?

I feel your pain. But I found something that tastes OK and really has helped. Fiber Choice - Weight Management Formula It's sugar free and tastes like raspberry. And they are chewable.

Ronna, This is something else I tried in the very beginning, and these didn't seem to work well for me at all. Since everything else changed so drastically in the first year, maybe they'll be more effective if I try them again. Thanks!
