Wednesday's protein
Hi all. Hope you don't mine me posting, Kay. I responded to your post from yesterday, and I was on here....figured I'd post. Everyone has been doing soooo good with their protein train!!! Me...horribly. I need to get on at the next stop because I'm thinking that's why I'm so friggin tired. So I'm jumping on right now!
B- 1 c. cheerios w/ 1c. 1% milk= 8 measley grams
S- had some chips and 2 cookies= none at all!
L- some salad w/turkey in it, cheese off of pizza, few bites of crust= maybe 14g
My tummy kinda hurts, so I think I'm going to do protein shakes for the rest of the day. Need to make a stop at the VitaminShoppe! I'll add the rest and my total later.

Welcome aboard the protien train, glad you hopped on! I am home sick today, I am not even going to come close on protien today. Only have consumed about 24g so far. I can't eat much...I am not going to bother with even keeping track for the rest of the evening. Back at it tomorrow, hopefully I will feel better!

Hi all. So I had some other things to eat. Some good and some ugly! But here's what I had;
some mangos, watermelon, few goldfish
protein shake=21g
chicken leg, 2 tbsp. pinto beans, 1/4 c. rice, some salad= about 14g maybe
2 Keebler Oatmeal Choc. Chip cookies....they're new and good!
Only got about 53g protein in today. Hopefully I'll do better tomorrow!

Exercise: 1 mile walk.. it started raining
Water: 60 oz so far..
Vitamins: on track
