Monday Protein Train
Kay...hope you don't mind...I started up the train...just posted meals on TX board and didn't want to have to re-type everything, plus probably won't have time later.
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
B: crustless sausage/egg quiche
S: protein coffee (1/2 scoop protein) & Achiev One
L: Mel's meatloaf & navy beans
S: protein bar
D: Ginger-Lime shrimp & ???
S: cottage cheese/strawberry/splenda/LF cr. cheese mixture (blended w/ immersion blender...great...tastes like rich strawberry ice cream)
vitamins: done
liquids 72 oz. so far, more to go
protein: 100 grams
exercise: can't because of lipo recovery ... sounds good, huh?

59 g so far...need at least 26 more... I should make that no probelm!

Exercise:depends on how I feel after dentist

Protein: 83 grams. I missed my goal but I'm so full from drinking water and SF kool aid all day.
