We are home

Prayers were answered although not exactly as I hoped for. Oh this back and forth to the courts is just maddening!!!! So, the trial was reset for 8/21/07. So we have the kids for at leat 2 1/2 more months!!!!!!!!!!! The other good thing is that in August we will have complete legal standing!!!!!!!!!!! I was the only person that the judge asked any questions of and the only non lawyer that addressed the court. I think this is a positive thing. We were advised that we should be represented by legal counsel at the next hearing. Until 8/21 please keep praying for us. God Bless! Jen

I think this is a wonderful outcome. Having legal standing makes your case so much more viable. But yes, you should have counsel at your next hearing. You may want to check with legal aid or if your husbands company has an EAP they may have a legal component attached where you can get some help at a reduced cost.
