Whatcha eatin on Monday!
Hi all. Monday is here already...May is tomorrow! Where has all the time gone??? I'm just working (as usual) and then I have my vacation!!! Vegas is just a blink away! On to food...here's what I had today (well since 12 am):
Healthy Choice Monterey Chicken, few pcs. shrimp
some crunchy chinese noodles
Breyer's Light yogurt, 100 cal pack white cheddar popcorn
some grapes and mandarin oranges
protein hot chocolate
1 chicken tender, some salad w/RF cheese
I have yogurt packed for tonight and some grapes
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 46 oz. so far....

I had a pretty decent day. Nothing to complain about. I did good with my eating and getting my protein in.
On my menu..
B~ Carb/Sugar control yogart and 3 small strawberries
S~ Protein Hot chocolate
L~ Baked fish & Steamed broccoli
S~ Cheese & SF popsicle
D~ Grilled turkey burger w/ cheese (no bun) & spicy chili beans
S~ Beef Jerky
Vitamins: on track
Water: 72 oz so far
Exercise: yard work

HEY April!
I'm late but here!
Breakfast: I had some dry cereal (for fiber) Just a few maybe 1/4 cup or less.
Lunch: Taco Bell refried beans (about 1/4 of it)
Dinner: Homemade chili (Mr. John made it - Carmen's DH) The couple I am staying with from OH until I am well enough to travel back home.
I had about 15oz of water. I gotta keep pushing
and 1 1/2 of a sf popicle I tried for 2 but couldn't finish the second one but Stormy their bulldog licked it right off the stick
I go back tommorrow to the doctor for a check up but I am doing well.
Sunday was my 1st VOMIT FREE DAY WOOHOO!
And yesterday I dry heaved once and threw up abit of water. So it is getting better!
