Ok there are not many riders right now but lets see how the three of us did today.. I focused on protein so that made me make better choices with my eating as well. Everyone's surgeon has a different amount of protein to aim for everyday so If it's only 85 grams, that's cool too. So lets not drop below that number everyday?! Yogart.. 5 grams Protein hot chocolate.. 40 Fish.. 18 Cheese.. 5 Turkey burger w/ cheese and beans.. 33 Beef jerky.. 15 Total: 116 grams!! Kay

Kay, My surgeon only wants to make sure that I get 45 gms. per day. Which I sometimes (usually) don't do. Is there any one else out there that has the same small requirement? I ate hardly anything today, I maybe got 20 gms. I am working on some tofu right now, though. Maybe I can get some more in. Emily

Hi Kay! Riding the train is a great idea! I started back in February and haven't gotten off yet. I haven't lost anymore weight but I'm toning up and building muscle! I went down a pants size but haven't seen the lbs drop. But hey, I feel great! I've also noticed since starting my hair stopped falling out too. I'm at 143grams of protein today but that is cause I'm going to the gym 2x today! Take care and you are looking great! Dana
