Wanna Ride The Train??

The board is slow but hopefully I can get a few riders. I need some company! I don't know about you guys but I have been slacking with getting my protein in. I usually write it down or keep track on fitday.com. Lately I haven't done either one. This morning I noticed a lot of hair in my comb and I don't have the energy I usually have. I know it's from the low protein. Well some of the other boards are doing a "protein train". why they call it a train, I have no clue but it helps motivate everyone to get your protein in for the day. So the challenge is to get at least 100 grams of protein in a day. Doing that also helps you make better choices becasue you know you gotta get to 100 grams. So come ride the Protein Train for the next 10 days!!! Who wants to ride with me???? I'll post a "protein train" post in the afternoon to see how everyone is doing!! Remember PROTEIN FIRST!!!!! Kay

I'm a little late jumping on the protien train, but starting now I am with you all the way. by the way I read the posts about your dad and the stroke. That is a hard place to be. I am one of those that know first hand about loved ones and strokes. I will pray for you and your family, because this is something that affects the entire familly. Hazel
