TGIF!
It's Friday already...even though i kept thinking yesterday was Friday! But glad it's here. I leave for Vegas on Thursday and I can't wait!!! My food has been sporadic today, nothing planned. I need some more protein! Here's what I've had today:
Light n Fit yogurt, 1 oz. RF cheese, 3 Ritz
some mixed nuts, cheese snack, 5 Ritz
Now, I'm eating some goldfish that I should stop eating! Don't know what's for din din...I'm feeling like a salad....

I just wanted to say hello. I'm a day late. I had an usual Friday menu.. junk, junk and more junk. Nothing really planned here either. Just kinda ate whatever while I was hanging out with friends. I just wanted to share so people can see that I don't eat the best all the time! Not perfect by a long shot!!
4 saltines w/ slice of cheese
Fried chicken wing and 1/2 a egg roll
child size SF ice cream
1/2 a turkey wrap from subway
peanut butter cookie from the mall
handful of cheetoes
