Finally I spent a little time figuring out how to change my picture, so here I am. Big difference from the b&w picture that used to accompany my posts. That was at my full 347 and this picture was about 5 lbs ago at 183.

You can add an avatar (little picture) by going to User Settings (from the main messageboard you will find user settings on the left side of the screen, above the ads)
