Kay...hope you're having a good day. Tomorrow is my big surgery day. I leave at 5:00 a.m. for the surgery center. Should be home late tomorrow afternoon. I will probably be off the boards for a while so I can recuperate. My son is supposed to post on the TX board if I can get him too. I'll see if he'll do it here. If I feel up to it, I'll post myself Saturday or Sunday. Hopefully I'll be a quart or two lower on fat tomorrow afternoon.
On the menu:
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
B: 1 piece Blueberry crumble toast and 1 pieces bacon
S: trail mix
L: lima beans and Tijuana Pie
S: Powercrunch bar
D: 1 beef enchilada, 1/4 c beans, few bites of rice and guacamole and a few robin's eggs!
S: protein coffee, maybe popcorn before then!
vitamins: done
liquids: 112 oz.
protein: 90 grams
exercise: 140 sit ups, arm wt. workout, and 20 minutes on bike
(my last exercise other than walking for probably a month)
