Whatcha Eatin on Wednesday?
Hello ladies
It's 6:00 and don't see this posted so I thought I'd step in to help Ms. April out. I just got home from work. I had a good day! Nothing exciting just ready for the weekend.
It's time to share what you have ate today. The good, the bad and the ugly!!
Here's my menu...
B~ 1 HB egg, 3 strips of turkey bacon
L~ 4 chicken nuggets and side salad from wendy's w/ lite italian
D~ Leftovers.. pork roast and 1/2 c. pinto's.
S~ Protein hot chocolate
V: umm, i forgot. I'll do that now!
W: 46 oz so far
E: I forgot that too but I'm not doing it now .. I know bad!

Thanks again! I feel asleep and just kept on sleeping! But I've been up since 5:30 a.m., so it caught up to me. But here's what I had:
Pre-Workout- Atkins shake
B- 2 scrambled eggs w/pepper jack cheese, 3 slices bacon
S- 3/4 large banana, 2 c. popcorn
L- meat stuffed cabbage, some salad
S- Pure Protein shake, some animal crackers
D- 2 fried chicken wings, some green beans, few bites of mac n cheese and some cake and ice cream to top it off
Exericse: 1 hr. BodyCombat
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 64 oz. so far...
