Hi Ladies. April, I hope you don't mind me posting. I just got in from work and wanted to come check the board. I had a pretty decent day. I hope everyone did too. My menu.. B~ 3 small turkey sausage patties L~ pork roast, 1/4 c. pinto beans and 1/4 c. sausage and tomato rice. S~ grapes D~ pork roast, 1/4 c. pinto beans and 1/4 c. sausage and tomato rice. S~ Protein shake or hot chocolate later Vitamins: on track Fluids: 46 oz so far Exercise: huh?! Kay

Thanks but not always. Check out one of my friday or saturday menu's. I eat junk all weekend but on Monday I get right back on track. Kay

Thanks, girl! I was having some technical difficulties with the home PC, and I wasn't at work. I'm back in business. Just wanted to post before I ran out the door. Here's what I had: Some Cobb salad, 1 sm. crabcake some more cobb salad, 1 sm. crabcake 3/4 lg. banana, Breyer's Light yogurt, cheese snack some goldfish, a Weigh****chers snack cake...needed something sweet last crabcake, some ham, 1/4 c. broccoli Adios! april

Hey ladies... Here's Tuesday: B= 2 string cheese sticks & small handful of Wheat Thins S= tea w/ soymilk L= turkey meatloaf S= string cheese & wheat thins D= pizza ( 4 meat, 1/2 crust) S= L**** cream bar *** I really need to do better at getting my protein in... I didn't do any sups today... W= doing good V= forgot, til now... E= (to quote Kay) "huh?!" Hope you are all having a great evening... My goal is to try to do better tomorrow... Here's what I had yesterday: S: 1 c LF buttermilk B: 1 piece of blueberry crumble toast, 2 strips bacon S: AchievOne L: few bites steak and 1/2 c split peas S: trail mix & protein coffee D: Baked chicken w/ boudin, few pretzels and LF ranch dip vitamins: done liquids: 100 oz. protein: 80 grams exercise: 10 minutes on bike and arm wt. workout, and 140 sit ups Karla 337/175/165
