Hi, I'm Rose
Hi, I'm Rose and I have food issues
. I have managed to eat myself into OBLIVION with POPCORN
. I am just miserable. I know my 'guts' are going to be VERY unhappy
and so is the scale
. Plus all the salt has made my rings and my shoes WAY TOO TIGHT
.
I think I will just go home and cry...........once I can get my shoes on so I can walk to the car............

Hi, I am Hazel and I also have food issues, but mine are usually in control until bed time. I do know just what you are talking about. I do things like that as well. I try not to beat myself up about it, just do better next time. Hope you get to feeling better soon and get your shoes on so you can go home.

Hi,
I am Chris and
I have to admit I HAVE HUGE FOOD ISSUES.
I have been eating non stop since I came home from vacation! I eat like they are going to take it from me at any moment...
I have got to get back on track and stop eating these bad things. My main problem is afternoon and evening and it is stressfull because I can't say no. But tomorrow is another day and I will do better.
Hugs and thanks for listening!
Chris

Hi Rose,
Sorry you're feeling bad but - WELCOME TO THE CLUB!
Who on this board doesn't have "food issues". That's what got us here to begin with and the surgery didn't change that.
We all have to watch ourselves pretty closely as it's so easy to fall back into bad habits.
Sending hugs and hope you feel better soon
Ronna
