Anybody eatin on Sunday:shrug:?
Spring has sprung!!! Hope everyone has had a great weekend. It's been so beautiful outside, so I'm sure that's where everyone has been. I'm gonna post my menu...somebody, anybody join in! Here's what I had:
B- chicken drumstick, Breyers Light yogurt
S- some honey cashews
L- 1 slice ham, 1 slice cheese on 1 slice bread
S- protein shake
D- i packed some WW spaghetti w/ chicken and broccoli
Fluids: 48 oz. so far...
Vitamins: need calcium
Exercise: none today

I had a great weekend. My aunts came from cali to visit and I spent a lot of time with a new someone I've been "hanging out" with.
I have been doing so good with the B2B but today wasn't a good eating day for me. Am I stressing it?? NOPE!
On the menu....
B~ Nothing
L~ 2 hot wings, 2 motz. cheese sticks and 2 big onion rings
S~ 1/4 c. NSA vanilla ice cream
D~ Salad topped w/ grilled steak, grilled chicken, cheese, hb egg and lite ranch
S~ 1/4 c. NSA vanilla ice cream and 2 forkfulls of apple pie
Water: not enough
Vitamins: nope
Exercise: nope
I'll do better tomorrow...

I'm here... It's been rainy here all day, but in the 60's.... it feels great outside!
B= 2 eggs & 1 sausage patty
S= 2 protein balls
L= 2 chicken breast strips, cottage cheese, mac & cheese
S= nothing, maybe a shake after dinner?
D= turkey meatloaf
W= really bad, but I'll get more in...
V= done
E= none today...
I have got to do more on the weekends... LOL I am so unmotivated...
