all snack foods seem to be my worst right now... I eat from the time I get up until I go to bed...I just can't seem to stop myself. Hugs, Anna

For me it's popcorn with parmesean cheese and garlic salt... at about THIS time (8:52pm) ... sigh.... Susan

Hey Hazel: Me, too...bed time and carbs. It WAS graham crackers for a while. Now it is Triscuits. I should really stop buying them and I should especially stop eating them at this time of night! UGH! You are not alone! Love and hugs, Jersey

I eat popcorn every nite. But it is part of my plan. Hmm worst food, bread I guess, but I get whole grain and only can eat 1/2 a slice. Maybe salads, I love them because I can eat alot of lettuce and it makes me feel normal. But I don't get protein from it, other than the cheese I add. It is cutting into me getting protein for the day, just had my first protein shake in over a month, just not getting enough protien from my food these days. Part is trying to add good carbs to up the calories and that cuts into my protein foods. I can only eat so much in a day. Either calories or protein. Weird.

Late afternoon or evening, especially if I'm not really busy. My trail mix and popcorn at times are probably my worst things. At least the trail mix has nuts in it for protein and good cholesterol! Karla
