BTB Idea...
Since there are several groups of BTB going on right now, and the numbers keep dwindling... how about just making one daily post for BTB and in the title bar of your personal post, you can put in what day of the 10 days you are on...
How does that sound??? Then we only have to look for one BTB thread, and if it is not up, who ever is ready can start it?
Then anyone can start at any time and still post among those who are already working on their BTB.
Just an idea... let me know what you think...

B= protein coffee & 2 protein balls
S= LC yogurt
L= 2 eggs & 3 baby dills
S= 3 oz string cheese
D= ??? not sure yet
W= have to get started
V=half done
E= 1 hour Group Power & 45 min TurboKick
(I promised an instructor & a pretty little princess(whose befriended me) that I would try back to back classes) WHAT WAS I THINKING???

Good idea, I feel like I abandoned ship, but my computer has been down since Friday. My brother who is fixing it found a Von's Club card in the floppy drive. I have an idea who put it there. I have been posting from work but it is hard since I am trying to wrap things up before my surgery.

Dinner-turkey ground with beans.

At first I was confused, but I understnad what you're getting at. Hopefully starting tomrrow, I'll go ahead and start posting menus again...Norma had done the B2B, and most people were doing that, so I didn't post menus. That's a good idea, though. But also, how about whether someone is on B2B or not, they can post? Some folks are only for 10 days, some are indefinitely. So basically I'm thinking it'll turn into just a regular menu posting. Regardless, anyone can start a post about anything! But here's what I had since I'm here:
Healthy Choice meatloaf
Breyers Lite yogurt w/ cheese snack, 2 saltines
some butter toffee cashews...yum!
100 cal pack choc chip bites
1 eggs scrambled w/ cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1 slice WG cinnamon toast

You know you're right, but I really don't ever post menus... I actually hate doing it... but am trying to "play along" and be accountable for the BTB plan... So I guess... if that is where it ends up, that is fine...
I know some start, some go the 10 days, and some just keep going....
We'll just play with it I guess and see where it goes.

I think one menu posting is fine, whether it's BTB or not. If someone is doing BTB, they can say it and what day they're on. At the end they can have a weight posting if they want. If anyone wants to be accountable for what they're eating, they can post their menu.
B: Crustless sausage/cheese quiche
