Good evening ladies. I'm sitting here bored so I'm posting this earlier than April usually does. I don't matter if your doing plateau buster, b2b or whtaever... Just share what you ate today. I had 2 interviews today for Medical Assistant positions in Dr offices so hopefully one of them go through. I hate not having experiance because my interviews go so well but when it comes down to it, someone else with experiance gets the job over me. I'm getting frustrated with this job hunting but I'm hanging in there. In the meanwhile, I got another temp job for the rest of this week and next week in a dr office as a medical transcriptionist... hard work but good money. How did your day go??? Ok, enough of me yappin. Lets get on to food... B~ Pure protein bar L~ Special K protein cereal w/ cc milk S~ Pure protein bar & SF popsicle later D~ leftovers.. crablegs, shrimp and baked fish S~ Protein shake or protein hot chocolate later Not bad but lots of carbs. Vitamins: on track Exercise: laundry?? Water: 55 oz so far.. Kay

I didn't know laundry was exercise...but I guess, I have to go downstairs, carrying a heavy basket... and then bend over to unload and load the dryer... Then carry the basket of clean clothes up stairs... Okay, I'm convinced...

Angela, I laughed at myself for saying laundry but I thought that sounded better than nothing at all. I was looking through fitday.com the other day house work is considered exercise. They even have s-e-x as a way to burn calories! I guess whatever works huh?? Kay

Hi Kay. I'm on day 5 of 6 of working. Can't wait till tomorrow's shift is over! But I'm working, so let me hurry and post..here's what I had: chicken salad w/5 wheat crackers, some diced pears, sm. sliver of cake Light n Fit yogurt, 100 cal bag popcorn protein hot chocolate some grapes, leftover chicken salad some 100 cal cookies, Light n Fit yogurt....didn't need the cookies, but ate em anyway Light n Fit, some FF pringles packed some chicken w/WW spaghetti noodles
