Ronna- It's really not that bad............really. Yes, it is dark; but it's not ugly dark. I think after you wa**** a couple of times it will be a great color for you. I think you are being much too hard on yourself......... Rose from PA

I think you hate it because you're not used to it. I think it's actually a very nice color for you the only thing I would do is ask to lighten it one or two shades around your face. Hugs, Anna

I actually completely agree with Anna! I like it! I think you don't because it is really different from what you are used to, but give it a couple of washes and I think your opinion might be changed a little... it is a big change on the face you look at in the mirror everyday. It looks good, Ronna. I never like mine when I first get it done. It always looks really dark and harsh at first. It will lighten up a little in a week or two. You also have to get used to the color change. You can always add a few highlights to lighten it up. Looking younger, Ronna! Karla

I just called the salon and told them I was really unhappy and they will re-do it for me for free. I have an appointment for Thursday afternoon. So we will see

It is not that bad Ronna, just something your not used to. If you can't stand it, definitly have a stylist re-do it. You can always fix hair color, fortunetly.
