Back To Basics Group #2 Day 6
I had this done for my TX board, so I thought I'd post. What did our group eat today?
Here's what I am eating:
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
B: breakfast taco insides: potato, sausage, bacon, and veggies & some trail mix
S: protein coffee
L: pinto beans, Tijuana pie, and a Russell Stover's SF protein breakfast bar
S: AchievOne
D: beef cutlets parmigiana, lima beans
S: cottage cheese
vitamins: done
liquids: 80 oz. so far, more to go
protein: 110+ grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, 140 sit ups, and arm wt. workout

Hello!
I've been swamped today, my boss is going on vacation, and there is so much going on... I might be bald be the end of today! LOL
Here is what's going on/in today...
B=Super Protein Shake (about 45 grams)
S= protein balls
L= 2 whole deviled eggs + 2 baby dills
S= light string cheese
D= pork loin (yummy!!!)
W=working on it
V= half done
E= weight class (& maybe swimming) tonight.

Hey Karla. I was wondering where our group had gone! I've been posting late because my computer isn't up yet, but hopefully by tomorrow and I can start posting menus again. I've been workin, workin, workin...night 4 of 6 and all 12 hour shifts! I just keep thinking of the money!. I'm tired, but I'm gonna keep truckin on! I've been on B2B for a week and I've lost 3 lbs. already! I'm gonna keep it up, but Thursday is my splurge day...it's already planned! Here's what I've had since 12 am:
3 oz. rotisserie chicken, w/ salad and some new dressing...asian w/ sesame and ginger vinagrette..very good!
Light n Fit, 1 oz. RF cheese, 2 saltines
Atkins shake
some grapes
a Weigh****chers chocolate cake snack
protein shake
chicken tender salad
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 80 oz.

Good evening ladies
I've had a pretty decent day. I've been working for this temp agency for the past week and today was the last day for that job.
On the menu..
B~ Grilled Pork Chop.. leftovers from last night dinner.
L~ Roast beef & cheese roll up and carb/sugar control yogart
S~ 2 strawberries
D~Crablegs, broiled shrimp, couple bites of baked fish and picked through salad
S~2 SF popsicles
Vitmains: on track
Exercise: nope
Water: 50 oz so far...
