BTB Group 1 anyone?
Hi all. Just wanted to post since I didn't see it up. I have a feeling that I'll be the only one posting, but it's all good. We're all usually busy for the weekend, so here it goes:
Here's what I had since 12 am...worked last night:
1/2 ham & cheese sandwich, 5 grapes
Light n Fit yogurt, cheese snack, 2 crackers
4 grapes, some mandarin oranges, 100 cal popcorn
protein shake
buffalo chicken salad
Fluids: 62 oz. so far..I need to drink up a lil bit more!
Vits: done
