BTB Group 2 ::: day 3
So how is everyone today?
I did get to the gym last night... had a great time, I really like these classes... they keep taunting us, though, the new weight routine starts Monday and they say it is brutal... can't be any worse than my first day a few weeks ago... at least my body is getting stronger... and I feel good.
I am so ready to keep going on BTB... and hoping the weekend is kind to me. Weekends are usually not so great, because I have too much time... gotta find things to keep me busy! Ethan's first soccer game is tomorrow afternoon, that should keep me busy for a little while... lol.
Here is the plan for today...
B= Power Shake (1 & 1/2 scoops protien pwdr, lt.soymilk, sf yogurt =40g Protein)
S= 3 sitcks of string cheese
L= sf/lf yogurt
S= nectar?
D= again... no idea! Maybe chicken breast...
W= working on it
V= half done
E= maybe treadmill @ the gym? maybe not?
Anyways... Happy Friday! Hope you are all having a great day... Keep trying... if you mess up... just start again... mistakes are past... choose something different next time...

B: breakfast taco insides...potato, bacon,sausage, veggies
S: protein coffee
L: sloppy joe guts and navy beans, later 100 cal pkg. oreos
S: AchievOne Cappucino
D: Mexican, probably meat and beans
S: Powercrunch bar and/or a few nuts
shouldn't have eaten the oreos, but they're less calories than the Mootopia milk!
vitamins: done
liquids: 84 oz. so far, much more to go
protein: 100+ grams
exercise: 140 sit ups, 15 minutes on bike, and arm wt. workout

I just got home, very crazy day, I had my first job interview today and it felt really weird after all this time. Haven't had much time to think about eating but here's what I've had today:
B: 3 oz lowfat cottage cheese
L: 3 cheese sticks
s: Isopure chocolate Shake
Dinner: Planning omelete - 2 eggs and 1 oz rf cheeder
Snack: another protein shake
That should do it.

I went out last night and walked three miles. Would have loved to tonight but Friday is hamburger nite and I don't get finished until late. I will tomorrown.
