Good Morning! Early am-nectar protein B-Egg whites with cheese S-Pepper Jack Cheese L-Chicken salad D-Chicken with spinach and mushrooms. Exercise probably not. We are halfway there. Hey Norma. Where are all the Group 1's? I did good today, although tempation was staring me in the eye! I went grocery shopping and picked up some good stuff, so hopefully I can stay on track even beyond our BTB. Here's what I had since 12 am (since I work overnight): Lean Cuisine meal yogurt w/ cheese snack small banana chicken patty Atkins shake another protein shake some rotisserie chicken w/ salad No exercise today...working. I'm trying something new for when I'm at work. I'm gonna start drinking my shakes before I leave for work (6pm) and then eat dinner while I'm at work (around 9pm). That way, I won't have a reason to snack on this, this, and that. April

Good question, I wonder where our group went? Are you able to eat a whole lean cuisine meal? I can and it scares the heck out of me. Thanks for posting. You are doing good. Have a good night. ~Norma~

Oh yeah..definitely. I mean, we're over 1 year out so our tummies are gonna be able to hold more food. You certainly shouldn't be concerned...it's quite normal. The Lean cuisine meals really don't have that much food in them. Just the right portion. I always get the Carb Concious meals also, and they only have about 2 oz. meat, and about a 1/4c. veggies. After I was approved for surgery, we had to take some classes and in our class we were told that our pouches are the size of a small egg right after surgery. She then told us that our pouches would eventually be the size of an apple about a yr. after surgery....we're beyond our year. But it's perfectly normal for us to be able to eat larger amounts at this point. At least we're only eat one little Lean Cusine! April

Hey Norma and April I hope everyone enjoyed their Friday. I've had a really busy day today but I'm here to post. Here's what i ate.. B~ Special K protein cereal w/ 6 oz cc milk L~ Roast beef and cheese roll up and carb/sugar control yogart S~ 2 strawberries and 4 grapes D~ Hamburger patty with cheese and mustard S~ grapes S ~ A couple mixed drinks KAY
