Hey sweetie, youre doing so good. I did mess up last night and ate 3 pieces of chocolate candy....darn Easter! Anyways..Im doing ok today. B: protein bar S: peanut butter L: tuna S: protein bar D: tuna Cal: 700 Pro: 81 I might try to have a protein shake when I get off work to up my protein. Keep up the good work guys! kristi

Hey Norma. I did alright today. I'm gonna try and stick to only 1 carb item (bread, pasta, rice, etc.) per day if I don't work out and 2 if I do workout. I've been feeling a little crappy lately, so I need to try something. Also, I need to get back to my protein shakes. In the midst of moving and everything, I kinda slacked on those, so that may be why I feel so crappy. Just tired and I've had headaches that I haven't had in quite some time. But anyway...I need to get back in gear with that. I have 3 weeks til vacation! 3 weeks to at least lose a pound! Here's what I had: B- 2 naked strips S- Light Breyers yogurt...so good! L- 1/2 salad w/ salmon in it, about 2 oz. chicken salad and few bites of thin ciabatta bread S- 7 globe grapes D- Lean Cuisine meatloaf, other half of salad and salmon, 2 bites of mashed potatoes S- I'm gonna throw in an Atkins shake to up my protein Exercise: no real exercise, but I was moving my junk again Vitamins: done April

ARRRGGHH I'm so at myself right now! I was doing good and I was of course at work, and there were some tortillas at the table. Of course, I had to indulge. Not just a few, but a few handfuls. WHY ME??!! I had my menu all settled out for tonight, and still I couldn't follow it! Being at work always gets me for some reason. It sucks! Now my tummy feels a little off. I'm just soooo mad at myself. Going back to planning my meals and my mantra, "I'm not hungry, I'm thirsty!" Mad, April

Hey Norma It's late but I'm here.. I did good all day but I got the munchies tonight! On the menu.. B~ Weight control oatmeal w/ cc milk L~ Side order of steak & A pinto's n cheese from taco bell S~ few grapes D~ 2 roast beef and cheese roll up's w/ mustard S~ 1/2 a 100 calorie pack of doritoes & few grapes .. i was at a friends house and she was snacking so i decided to join in. I gave the rest to her dog. V: done W: bad E: nope Kay
