You all know the deal... BACK TO BASICS
Please tell me I'm not alone...
I'm SO ready to see that scale move...
I am firmly committing to not steping on that (#$%^&) scale until my 10 days is up. I think I am going to have my son hide it from me. LOL
Starting weight this morning was 215.6
Post menus if you wish, I am not that great at posting them, but I will try...
As for today?
B= egg/ham/sausage scramble
P= nectar lemonade
S= 2 or 3 sticks of string cheese(1 oz each)
L= lf cottage cheese
S= LC yogurt
P= more nectar?
D= not sure yet...
Wow, that looks like a lot! It's pretty normal, except for the added Protien Sups, and usually I have Wheat Thins w/ my string cheese, and Special K Protein w/ my yogurt... but not today! (or tomorrow...)
Vitamins= working on them
Exercise= TurboKick class tonight (45 mins)
Water= All day long... Not a problem!
Let me know who's starting today, as well...

I'm with you Angela
Breakfast - 3oz lowfat cottage cheese
Snack - 2 lowfat cheese sticks
Lunch - Protein shake - Isopure
That's it for now - I think I will have a steak for dinner. I have these "heart healthy" steaks that are 5oz but after you broil them they are only 3oz so it's perfect
And will do another shake for an evening snack.
Good luck to everyone!
Ronna

Robin
So glad you're joining me!!!
Anyone else up for the challenge?
We can do this...!!
I know when I look at my schedule I wonder how well I will get through my late days at the office, when my schedule changes, but I'm pretty determined this time. I don't think I've ever really done a BTB all the way through... but I am tired of being stuck.
I think my pouch knows it's time... because I really have felt pretty good, and not really hungry at all... We'll see if I am so optimistic in a day or two. I know the weekends will be the hardest for me, they are so unstructured... it will be a challenge.
Well, we're here for support... so come in often... give some & get some...
I am also committing myself to visiting the boards more... maybe it will help to stay focused... some days are easier than others...
I did the figuring...
Our 10th day is April 20... a Friday.
So we will have results to post on Saturday, April 21...
I can't wait! My only real goal is to get than darned scale to move...
I know it will...
I know it will...
I know it will...
Later, Chickies!
Angela
