OK, I've Gone and Done It!
I've been toying witht he idea of coloring my hair for awhile now. My hair is natural and is very salt and pepper but getting more salty all the time
Anyway while I was in Houston I had dinner with a friend of mine and she suggested that i bite the bullet and do it. She told me I am looking so great since the WLS and my skin is wonderful, but the silver hair makes me look my age. She thinks that I will look 15 years younger if I loose the gray
Since I'm looking for a job thought now would be a good time to try and look younger.
So I have an appointment for Monday afternoon. Am I doing the right thing? Have never done this before and it's stressing me out
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks and sending hugs,
Ronna
Hi Ronna~ I think you are doing the right thing! I too have to color my hair because of the gray! I love it and wouldnt change a thing about it! Like someone said if you dont like it just grow it out. I know that everytime I color my hair I have to take a few days to get used to it but then I always seem to like it! I wish you all the best and cant wait to see the new photos of your hair!

Why not? If you hate it it will grow out! If you are having it done professionally, they will make wusre the color compliments your skin and looks natural, not fake. I have been dying my hair since I was in my 20's. I used to go to the salon but since I am SAHM no budget for hair, so I do it myself.
Make sure you post some pictures so we can see the new do!
God Bless!

Thanks for your input and enouragement. I made an appointment for Monday afternoon at Mario Tricoci. They have a really good reputation so I'm hoping I will be in good hands.
It's been quite awhile since I've dropped this much on my hair but what the heck. I have an appointment with an executive recruiter on Tuesday morning so the timing was perfect.
Sending hugs,
Ronna
Go for it girl! My mom is 57 and always dying her hair. She loves the natual look of the light brown color she uses. A new cut and color could enhance everything too! If you don't like the color, the stylist can add a toner to enhance or reduce the color... you'll be fine!
Don't forget the photos!!!
