Back to Basics Day #2
Good morning ladies!!!!! Ok, so here we are day #2. My day will be as follows:
Early am (4 am to be exact)-Nectar protein lemon tea 36 gms protein
B-Egg Whites
S-Cheese
L-Mole Chicken (very low carb around 3 carbs version)
D-I don't know yet?
Exercise walk 3 miles at lunch
Curves (This time for sure) Got all my things on my to do list done this am

WOW..........day 2. I just hope I have the strength to stick with it. My willpower stinks lately. I seem to be eatting moe then everyone else. Im such a pig!
pre-breakfast: protein shake
Breakfast: eggbeaters and bacon
Snack: 2 SF popsicles
Lunch: tilipia
Snack: protein bar
Dinner: tilipai
Snack: protein bar
totals: 735 cal and 112 protein
Vit: check
Fluids: working on it
Exercise: I just cant do it........Im lazy I guess.

Girl, you are NOT eating so much more than everyone else!! And even if you were, look at all the good stuff you're eating. Now me...I eat like a pig. I pig out on all the wrong stuff. I was gonna get the chocolate cake today, but I thought of you all. In my opinion, you're doing WONDERFULLY!!!!! I wish I could have a menu like yours!

Hey Norma. I thought today would be a bust, but it was pretty good. I had a little bit of willpower at a time when I thought it wouldn't be there! Here's what I had today:
B- egg & bacon biscuit but only ate 2 sm. bites of biscuit....lots of willpower there!
S- handful goldfish
L- cheese snack, 3/4 banana
D- went to Boston Market and had some meatloaf, broccoli, about 1/4c. mashed taters, 1/2 biscuit
Hopefully, I can get a hold on my night time snacking. That's really my only issue!!!! Snacking on the carbs at night, oh and snacking at work. But I only work 3 days a week, so I just need to kick my own ass on that one. I snack like I've never eaten before whenever I'm at work. I'm going back to my "I'm not hungry, I'm thirsty"!!!
