Good morning ladies! This is what my day #1 will be... Early am: Nectar protein Breakfast: Egg Whites Snack: 1 oz cheese Lunch: Chicken stew, no veggies. Dinner: Chili Beans with cheese. I will walk 3 miles at lunch and go to Curves 30 minutes after work. I will update later on tonight to add to my list. I will post my weight on the morning weigh in. Good luck ladies and kick butt! Morning Norma!!!!! Early AM- had 32 oz water Breakfast- Think I'm gonna go make an omelette with shrimp or ham from last night's dinner Lunch- Shake S (before work)- some cheese Dinner- Hamburger Patty with Cheese Snack- Shake (if I need it) I work at Jack in the Box this afternoon and get off after the dinner rush- I get my best running around action during this time I'll go post the dreaded weight on the the Weigh in also lol... Thanks for posting Norma! My day kinda got away from me. I've been packing and unpacking all day. My day was actually okay being as though all my food is packed away! Here's what I had: B- cereal w/ 6 oz. FF milk S- New Whey vial L- Wendy's chicken salad salad on bottom half of bun, a few fries S- 1/2 pk. cashews D- turkey club salad, 1/4 of wheat roll, few spoonfuls of chicken noodle soup Exercise: walking up and down the stairs with heavy boxes!!!! April

B~ Carb/sugar control yogart S~ 5 cheese cubes L~ Lobster tail & 2 crab legs .. leftovers from yesterday S~ SF popsicle D~ Ground turkey pattie w/ chesse and grilled onions & spicy chili beans S~ Protein hot chocolate Vitamins: done Water: 108 oz Exercise: none Kay

Good Job Ladies!!!!!!!!!! You all did so good! We can kiss day one goodbye! I did walk my 3 miles at lunch but did not go to Curves. I had to go to Babies R Us to get cabinet locks, etc... My little munchkin has no concept what dangers are. Thanks for all of your support. We can do this. Keep up the good work and here is to day 2 of BTB. I will post my menu in the afternoon.
