Happy Easter everyone How's everyone doing today? I'm good. I hope eveyone had a great Easter!! Come share your easter menu. I don't care if you had chocolate for breakfast like me or you ate too many easter eggs. I wanna know! On my menu.. It's bad but it was good so I don't feel bad! B~ Ear of a chocolate easter bunny L~ Red Lobster.. Crab legs, 3 broiled shrimp, 2 fried shrimp, picked through my salad, 1/2 baked potato and few bites of biscuit. S~ 3 jelly beans D~ Crab legs, 2 broiled shrimp and 1/2 a baked potato.. leftovers from lunch S~ 1/2 slice of vanilla coconut cake V: nope E: nope W: not enough * I am so getting on track tomorrow with Norma and the other girls! Who else is gonna join in?? G'night, Kay Ok, who's gonna share next??

Norma, if you have a copy of the pb diet, will you post it? I don't think I'm gonna do the pb diet. I'm just gonna get back to the basics and follow the rules of protein first, 6 small meals, NO sweets, cut way back on carbs and drink lots of water. I guess the only thing I'll have different than that pb diet is eating veggies. Anyway, good luck tomorrow! I so need to get the scale moving again. I'm too close to 175 to stop now. Kay

I had 1/2 biscuit for breakfast w/ 1 piece sausage and some gravy. It sure was good! We hardly ever make that. For lunch I had pinto beans, 1 roll, 2 oz. steak, 1/3 baked potato, and 4 bites of fried okra. For dinner, Tostito chips w/ LF ranch and cheese dip (not mixed together) and layered salad. Snacked at night on 1 c NSA ice cream, strawberries, and some popcorn. I had a few bites of cake at my mother in laws, but it was store bought and wasn't that great. Karla 337/177/165
