Whaddrya eatin on Wednesday?
Ooooh, it's been a nasty day here. Just raining most of the day. My day has been alright. I've been up since 5:30 am to make it to my 6 am aerobics class. Then my friend dropped off the baby and we napped for 2 hrs....it was lovely! I got my hair done, and now I'm just packing kitchen stuff. My belly hurts because of my afternoon snack, but I'm gonna keep truckin on! Here's my menu:
B- 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice lite SPAM, 1/2 pc. jewish rye w/lite butter
L- some salmon, chicken, mixed veggies, and 1/4 c. fried rice from yesterday
S- maybe too much of some snack mix...my tummy hurts!
D- when I get hungry i'll eat the rest of lunch...if my stomach feels better
Exercise: 1 hr. BodyCombat
Vitamins: none...I need to take em!
Fluids: 48 oz. so far...

I've had a pretty good day today.. no complaints.
On the menu..
B~ 1 egg and 1 sweet italian turkey sausage link
S~ handful of grapes
L~ 2 oz steak, small salad and 1/3 of a peice of garlic bread
S~ 3 bites of cherry pie .. so bad but taste so good
D~ Protein shake.. wasn't hungry
V: on track
E: 2 mile walk
W: 48 oz so far..

I have been a bad eater today and I am ashamed!

exercise~none, but I have been sweating alot with my hot flashes!

I'm late posting, but I didn't curb the carb monster yesterday, either. I had a breakfast taco on Low carb tortilla for breakfast, 2 AchievOne's during the day, a little navy beans and mexican casserole for lunch and a Russell Stover's SF protein breakfast bar, shrimp ****tail for dinner and 1/2 a cookie and over the course of the day ate 4 cookies and 4 small Robin's eggs and some trail mix.
