Hey all. Hope everyones day has gone well. I napped and ate...that's it. I was just tired, and when the baby slept...I slept too! Either post your menu today or the best tasting thing you had!! Here's my menu: B- pkt. grits, 2 lite sausages L- grilled cheese on 1 slice jewish rye (love it!), and 3/4 c. LF tomato soup S- 1 slice muenster cheese, 5 Townhouse crackers, Light n Fit yogurt D- gonna have Japanese...hopefully I'll have something really good! Exercise: none today Vitamins: need B12 and calcium Fluids: 64 oz. so far... April

Hi April Straight to the point.. food! B~ Power crunch bar L~ 1/2 Steak and cheese omlet, few bites of hash browns & 1/2 slice of toast .. IHOP S~ grapes and 2 little chocolate eggs D~ Salad w/ grilled chicken, cheese, cucumbers and lite ranch S~ Protein hot chocolate V: took some of them E: none W: 56 oz so far.. Kay

Nobody's posted yet! Must be a busy night for folks. I'd just like to add to my menu: We went to a place called Hibachi for dinner.....yum yum!!! I had a little of everything chicken, salmon, shrimp, mixed veggies, and about a 1/4 c. fried rice. It was soooooo good. That was the best thing I had today! For sure! Have a good night! April

Hey April, I guess better late than never right? My honest food menu: B~protein drink L~peanut butter and sf jelly with crackers.... S~cashews and M&M's (a handful) D~Chicken and shrimp S~protein drink 100 cal teddy grahams.... No exercise, 24 oz water b12 done but no other vitamins..... Hugs Chris
