Hello ladies
I'm bored and don't see this posted so I'll post. I hope you don't mind, April.
How's everyone doing? I'm good. It's just sooo hot here! Other than that, I've had a pretty decent day.
My menu..
B~ Cheese stick and small handful of grapes
L~ Grilled chicken breast
S~ 3 small chocolate eggs
D~ 1 slice of pepperoni pizza & small salad
S~ Protein shake
V: on track
F: 50 oz so far
E: none

I am on a posting roll so here goes ...
B - brown sugar shredded wheat with skim milk
S - grapes
L - baked potato with butter & sour cream
S - diet cherry coke and a few milk duds
D - Beef, vegetable and barley soup with butter bread and a few milk duds for desert
need to drink some wa wa
vits are good - I actually took all my calcium today!
no exercise except chasing 5 kiddos, loading and unloading the dishwasher twice, and doin 7 yes 7 loads of laundry - now I just have to fold them - ugh!

It's been awhile since I posted, but I need to get started again.
B~Protein low carb yogurt with two tablespoons of grape nuts
S~one oz swiss cheese/one slice WW bread with a little blue bonnet on it.
L~3 oz hamburger out of a cheeseburger macaroni cass.
S~5 lays chips
D~ two bites meat loaf and two bites hash browns.
Everything is on track.

Thanks, girl!!! I been running around all day, so I'm just getting in. I had my godson since 7 am, so I was very good with eating. I didn't have anytime to snack! Here's what I had today:
B- scrambled egg, 2 oz. SPAM, 1 slice WG cinnamon raisin toast, 12 oz. protein coffee a while later
L- 1 chicken fritter, 3 buffalo bites, sm. salad
S- some cashews
D- most of the toppings off of Cobb salad, 1 pc. flatbread
Exercise: 3 mile walk/run
Vitamins: none
Fluids: 88 oz. so far....
