TGIF!...Whatcha havin?
It's Friday already???? Time is going by soooo fast. It's hard to believe. So I'll be moving to Towson, MD in about 10 days...still haven't packed much! I'll get it done, I'll get it done. I'm posting early because of course I have to work tonight, soI'll be taking a nap soon. Here's what's on my menu:
B- 1 c. Special K cereal w/6 oz. FF milk, 1 splenda
S- Oreo protein shake 33 g
L-grilled ham and cheese on 1 thin slice Jewish Rye (i love JR bread!), 1/2 c. LF tomato soup
D- I'm making turkey wings now and i'll have a salad
S- I packed some lite popcorn and 1 oz. muenster cheese
Exercise: 1 hr. kickboxing
Vitamins: gonna take the rest before i leave for work
Fluids: 44 oz. so far....

Hey April. I'm glad it's Friday. I'm already ready for a 4 day holiday starting next Friday! I have to go to an out of town baseball game when I get off work.
On my menu:
B: Breakfast taco w/ lowcarb tortilla
S: protein coffee & later Russell Stover's SF bar w/ protein
L: navy beans and sloppy joe guts
S: Achiev One
D: ?maybe mexican food...another mom & I will eat out before the game
S: ??
vitamins: done
liquids: 72 oz. so far, more to go
protein: 100 or so grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, 140 sit ups
