Thursdays Thrilling Eats
OUr April must be a busy girl tonight. What did you eat today? Even if it's just something great you ate...put it out for us to see. We need some excitement in our lives.
On my menu:
B: grits w/ LF cheese, RF margarine, and protein powder
S: protein coffee
L: Tijuana Pie
S: handful of trail mix
D: lima beans and 1 buffalo chicken strip, baked
S: protein coffee or something
vitamins: done
liquids: 120 oz.
protein: 100+ grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, 140 sit ups and arm wt. workout

Hey Karla. I was out and about all day today. I took my nephew to school for his bday, and been running around ever since. We went to dinner and I was stuffed! The food was so good though! Here's what I had:
B- 1 pkt. butter grits w/ 1/2 oz. LF cheese, 1/2 scoop protein, 2 oz. lite SPAM
L- 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. sliced strawberries, some steak...protein packed!
S- 2 Ritz crackers, 2 honey wheat pretzel twists
D- 2 cheese sticks, most the toppings from a Cobb salad....it was sooo good! I also had 1/2 pc. flatbread
Exercise: took a break today!
Vitamins: need B12
Fluids: 94 oz. so far...
April
