Whatcha eatin on Wednesday....with a twist!
Hi all. I just wanted to change things up a bit to liven it up. If you don't want to post all of what you ate...post the BEST TASTING thing you had today. I don't care what it is grapes or crackers, 2 oz. cheese or 2 bags of chips. Post it! My day has been uneventful. I worked out this morning, started on dinner pretty early, packed some more...I move in 2 weeks with not much done. I'm gonna be making cupcakes tonight with my nephew for his kindergarten class...he'll be 6 tomorrow. We'll see how that goes! Anyway...give me a holler! Here's what I had:
B- 1 egg cheese omelet, 2 slices bacon, 1 biscuit
S- strawberry protein shake
L- 1 chicken fritter, salad w/lite french
D- 2 oz. steak...so tender! 1/2 baked potato w/lite butter, FF sour cream, 1/4 c. mixed veggies
S- not sure yet
Exercise: 1 hr. kickboxing, running up and down 3 flights stairs moving stuff to my car
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 76 oz. so far...

it's beautiful weather here!! In the low 70's ..nothing to exciting going on today.
B~ senior omelet at Denny's....though I'm not a senior yet! LOL
S~ a piece of fudge
S~ some grapes
S~another piece of fudge..and a cookie not at the same time
D~ left over piece of chicken with ???? don't know yet.
The fudge is all gone now!!!

I have been craving carbs like crazy....Everynight I go to bed an tell myself no carbs tomorrow but then it starts all over again...

Not dinner yet but when it is we are going to have chicken & rice and a bit more salad, I hope no more carbs........or salt doesn't help my swelling......

Hello ladies I've had a pretty good day too! I like the "twist" part of your post!
I did pretty good today with my eating til my mom brought home cake but I didn't eat too much of it. Yeah, i could of said no but I didn't!
Here's what I ate...
B~ Carb/sugar control yogart
S~ Protein shake
L~ Grilled turkey burger (no bun) w/ 1 slice 2% cheese
S~ very thin slice of lemon pound cake
D~ Baked chicken thigh and small salad
V: on track
E: 2 mile walk
F: 54 oz so far..

I'd just like to add my best tasting thing and snack:
I had 1 1/2 funfetti cupcakes w/ vanilla frosting........pure heaven. They were sooooo moist and buttery, melted in your mouth...didn't even have to chew it. I could've eaten 12 of them but I stopped in my tracks. But my nephew had a great time and I'm beat...ready for. I was supposed to be packing a little bit more, but er.....no. Everyone have a great night!
