Whatcha eatin on Tuesday!
Whoo! Feels like summer here in DE. 82 degrees is the high here, and I wi**** could be like this until fall comes back! Not much going on here. Worked overnight, and had to wake up early to get an estimate on my car. Sombody hit it and ran! *******s... Anyway, since then I just been hangin around the house in my pjs. I'm gonna get dressed soon so I can run around this 3 mi track not too far from my house. We'll see how far I make it! Just wanted to post before I ran out. Here's what I had/having:
Little over half of Healthy Choice meal
1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 ham n cheese roll up
chocolate protein shake 32 g
1 thin slice salami, 1/2 slice of cheese-rolled up, some cucumber
gonna have meatballs and some WW spaghetti when I come from working out
When...not if...when I get hungry later I'll have a light n fit and a little popcorn
Exercise: running/walking around 3 mi trail
Vitamins: need calcium
Fluids: 80 oz. so far....

It's sure summer here ...mid 60's in the morning and 80 something in the afternoons! I just had to re-route to get home a few minutes ago. Some kook was being chased by officers and crashed into at least 2 of their cars at the major intersection we go through to get home. Took quite a while and fighting a lot of others to find a back road in to my subdivision. Life Flight was landing...I understand some officers were injured. Hope they are all right in the long run. There were people everywhere...you would have thought a parade was going on. Guys were directing traffic with their hands getting people on detours. It was wild!

D: 10 tortilla chips and sauce and few bites of fajita burrito
S: protein coffee & trail mix
vitamins: done
liquids: 96 oz.
protein: 95 grams
exercise: 130 sit ups, arm wt. workout and 20 minutes on bike

Karla, I've been trying!!! I'm just trying to limit the amount of carbs I snack on. It's okay to snack here and there, but on something healthy (in my case!). I just got back from my run/walk....whoo! I had so much energy that I could've gone around twice (6 mi). But I'm gonna stick to my night snack of yogurt and lite popcorn and not the whole bag. Oh, yes...I can eat a whole regular bag of microwave popcorn!

Not too much going on over here either. It's so hot here but I like it. I was so sick of freezing all the time!!
Ok on to my eating..
B~ 3/4 c. of Special K cereal and 6 oz cc milk
S~ 4 saltine crackers.. I did not need this. I just wanted something to snack on.
L~ 1 bbq beef rib
S~ handful of grapes
D~ Grilled chicken thigh and small salad
S~ handful of grapes

Exercise: lots of yard work with my mom
