Whatcha eatin on Monday?
Hope everyone's weekend went well. I just kinda chilled and hung around the house for most of the weekend. It's 1 p.m., so I'm posting early because of course I gotta go to work. Other than that, nothing special....here's my menu:
B- 2 lite sausage links, 1 banana waffle w/ SF syrup and lite butter
S- protein iced coffee
L- 2 oz. salmon, some salad w/lite casear and few croutons
D- I made some chicken meatballs and some WW spaghetti noodles
S- I packed some strawberries and cottage cheese
I'm gonna watch the carb snacking!!! Away with crackers!!!!
Exercise: 1 hr. STEP class
Vitamins: took calcium...gonna take other vitamins b4 work
Fluids: 38 oz. so far...gonna try to make it to 90 oz.

On the menu:
B: 1 c LF buttermilk then a while later 1 piece of lite spam
S: AchievOne Mocha Java
L: LF chicken salad and 1 pkg. WW crackers (100 calorie pk.)
S: Powercrunch bar
D: ?? maybe leftover pork roast/green beans/potatoes/carrots or leftover BBQ pork, pinto beans, and a little BBQ sauce.
S: cottage cheese w/ true lime & splenda
vitamins: done
liquids: 68 oz. so far at lunch, more to go
protein: 55 so far, more to go
exercise: 10 minutes on bike, hopefully more this afternoon, arm wt. workout and 140 sit-ups

Hey April and Karla
I had a great weekend spending time with my friend at the beach. Now it's back to job hunting and life! I'm back on track with my eating too!
Here's my menu for today...
B~ 3/4 c. Special K protein cereal and 8 oz cc lf milk (cant find the ff anymore)
S~ small handful of grapes
L~ 1 BBQ beef rib & 4 baby carrots w/ lite ranch
S~ 4- 2% cheese cubes
D~ BBQ chicken thigh and small salad w/ lite ranch
S~ Protein hot chocolate or shake
Vitamins: on track
Water: 42 oz so far
Exercise: 2 mile walk after dinner and kristina will probably talk me into jumping on the trampoline again. That seriously wears me out!
