Good morning. It's in the upper 60's and looks like it might rain today, but we need it. I hope everyone had a good weekend. Monday morning got here pretty fast this weekend. I hope everyone's had a pretty good week weight and eating-wise. I tried to get back on track a little more starting Friday and mine's looking better for once! Surgery weight: 337 lbs. Last week's weight: 180.4 lbs. Today's weight: 177.2 lbs. Lost this week: 3.2 lbs. Total weight lost: 159.8 lbs. Karla

Good morning Karla. I had a great weekend. My friend and I went to myrtle beach and had so much fun. The only thing is that I ate whatever I wanted to eat. Not a lot of it but I had a little bit of everything. I just knew I probably would gain 5 lbs. but it wasn't so bad. Highest: 450 Surgery: 388 Last week: 188 Today: 189 No loss this week, 1 lb. gain Kay

119 I stayed the same with my 2 pound gain from last week, it's ok I have been way overdoing it with the carbs. I will work on it this week, I wish healthy snacking was as easy as grabbing a hand full of pretzles.lol HAVE A GREAT DAY TORI

Just wanted to stop in and say Hi!!! I'm holding steady at 141 but I havebeen hitting the gym harder than ever... training to run in 5k's that I'm registered for. Ran my first one this weekend... clocked a 12 minute mile so I was really pleased with that. Probably would of been better but there was a huge hill that kicked my butt! I did beat my goal time by 1 minute! I have to keep telling myself that I'm losing fat and gaining muscle again, that is why the scale is not moving. When it was moving about a month or so ago it was probably muscle I was losing. So I was NOT happy about the thought of losing muscle. Gaining muscle is always a good thing. Still hitting the protein and water hard. 100 grams and 100 oz atleast everyday. It's a way of life - a routine now. Hope you all are doing well. Everyone looks so great! I am happy to report I am fatter and sassier this week than last! My belly is really growing. I went to the OB today and my uterus is now 1/2 way between the boobs and belly button. I soon will not be able to breathe .... Congrats on the big loss! God Bless! Jen
