Hey everyone. Hope your weekend went well. I've been soooo tired today! I went to my parents house today and slept on the couch all day, and I'm still tired. One of the reasons could be that I need to get up on my vitamins. I have some goals for the upcoming weeks until my Vegas trip in May. 1) Lose these last 10 lbs. 2) Slow down on the carb snacking!!! 3) Get better with my fluids and vitamins...been slackin a bit. Here's what I had today: Brunch- few bites of eggs, few homefries, 1 slice bacon, 1 biscuit w/some gravy S- handful of corn chips, 1 med. banana D- 1 baked chicken thigh, 1/4 c. mashed potatoes, 1/4 c. green beans Exercise: ran for 20 mins. Vitamins: Fluids: only 40 oz. so far April

April...I never got back around to check on if this was posted last night. I was helping my son on the computer for his Biology project. I hope you get some energy back. I find I have a lot more energy when I'm not eating many carbs. On the menu: B: Chicken Salad S: AchievOne L: Pork Roast, potato, carrot, few bites of cream peas (weren't cooked enough) and greens (not that much of any of them) and almost the whole apple pie w/ ice cream (at least in a really small bowl) S: 1/2 c nuts w/ dark M &M's mixed in, then later buttermilk D: BBQ beef, pinto beans, and a little BBQ sauce and SF popsicle S: protein coffee ( 1 cup) vitamins: done liquids: 96 oz. protein: 70 grams exercise: none Karla

Hey april I'm a day late but I'll post anyway. Friday and Saturday's eating was HORRIBLE. like I said in the weigh in post, I ate whatever I wanted to eat. Sunday menu looks good compared to the other days I'm probably crazy for admitting what I ate but I'm just being honest. If I post friday's and saturday's menu, yall would really think I was insane. B~ 1 small blueberry pancake w/ SF syrup & 1 strip of bacon S~ 1/2 a brownie L~ 4 hot wings w/ ranch, & a few fries S~ Small bag of cheetoes S~ 4 chocolate covered almonds D~ BBQ chicken thigh and side salad S~ Kids size chocolate ice cream S~ 2 bites of friends cinnamon bun vitamins: forgot I did drink a lot of water Exercise: we walked soooo much this weekend! Kay...I think sometimes we have to just eat what we want for a day or 2 and then get back on track to feel we're not deprived. Karla

Karla, I agree! Some days I make my "Whatever" days a little too frequent each week, but I completely agree. I'm not in bootcamp...I had friggin WLS! April

at you! Girl, you always make me feel a little less guilty when I'm hard on myself with food. I have wayy more control with food than I use to have so I really didn't feel as bad as I usually do. I had fun at the beach and the food was good. I really want to live a normal life with food and not be afraid to eat. I just know that Monday morning, I'm back on track!!! Kay
