Whatcha eat on Saturday?
Today's gone by fast...don't know if anybody else will post or not. I cooked a lot, did my medical reimbursement, did a little cleaning, and took food to a co-worker who had surgery lately and visited her a little while.
On the menu:

D: little spaghetti w/ meat sauce
S: 2 SF popsicles
S: cottage cheese w/ true lime, splenda, and protein powder
vitamins: done
liquids: 96 oz.
protein: 110+ grams
exercise: 2 mile walk in park this morning
