Is it Friday already?! Whatcha eatin!
Hey everyone. Hope everyone has been having a good day. It started off nice then....boom! The rain started. The warm weather is taking its time...geez. I'm off to work, so just waned to post. Here's my menu today:
B- 2 oz. SPAM, Light n Fit yogurt
S- strawberry protein shake, some cashews
L- 2 oz. chicken salad, 5 crackers, some diced pears
S- 5 whole wheat crackers...damn carb monster!
D- 7 beer battered shrimp, some broccoli
Exercise: 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: none yet...gonna take them before i head out to work
Fluids: 36 oz. so far....

Hey April... it's plenty warm here. It's 80 right now at 4:40 in the afternoon. Low's in low 60's. I am trying to beat the carb monster myself. I'm back to basics today. Yesterday I went to hog wild in the late afternoon/evening. I'm leaving soon for my nephew's baseball game, then my son's immediately after that one (at the same field). I came home from work and put clothes on to wash, did dishes and cleaned the kitchen. Tomorrow I have to clean house, file my medical reimbursement $$ for this year and help Ben w/ a Biology project. If I have any extra time I'll tackle the extra bedroom, which looks like a tornado swept through it. There's stuff everywhere.
On the menu:
B: Crustless sausage cheese quiche
S: protein coffee
L: 1/2 c sloppy joe guts and 1 c lima beans
S: few bites of pure protein blueberry pie bar and AchievOne Cappucino
D: chopped beef w/ pinto beans and couple of tbsp. of BBQ sauce
S: ??? probably cottage cheese when I get home...water to drink in between at games
vitamins: done
liquids: 104 oz. or so
protein: 110+ grams
exercise: lt. arm wt. workout and 20 minutes on bike

Hi guys! Its near 80 degrees here today. We went up to the lake and walked around, now the kids are playing outside while I get ready for work tonight .
Ok, is it just me or am I the only one who can eat a ton of food? It scares the crap outta me sometimes.
B: 3oz eggbeaters
S: 1/2 protein bar and 1T peanut butter
L: 3oz eggbeaters and 3 slices bacon
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: 2 pieces tilipia and 3 slices bacon

Hey Miss Kristi. Believe me....that ain't alot of food. I can eat alot sometimes. I can go to the buffet and rack up! It's funny though because sometimes I can eat alot and other times I get full very quickly. Just like when I my pouch has an attitude and decide when she wants to tolerate alot of sugar or not.....it's so weird. But I don't think it's alot of food, and even if you think it's alot of food think about what we could eat six months ago. Hardly anything. Also, it's all healthy good stuff which is more than what I can say for myself.
