Whatcha eatin Thursday?!
Hey all. Hope all is well on this warm and sunny day. I've just been running around all day, and now my girlfriends are over here for pizza and wine night. Nothing fancy going on here. Here's what I had:
B- 1 egg scrambled w/cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1 slice cinnamon raisin toast
L- 3 oz. baked tilapia w/ some salad
S- protein iced coffee
D- gonna have some pizza and salad

Hey April.. Girls night sounds fun! I did some job hunting then chilled at home with Kristina the rest of the evening and packed. I'm going out of town tomorrow w/ friends.
Here's what I ate..
B~ carb/sugar control yogart
L~ Protein hot chocolate
S~ NSA fudgesicle
D~Big loaded Salad.. (chicken breast, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, carrots, cucumbers, red onions, broccoli and sunflower seeds) w/ lite italian & 3 saltines
S~ Picked the rest of the toppings off the salad from lunch
Fluids: 54 oz so far..
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: walked 2 miles and jumped on trampoline w/ daughter

It's Friday morning. Didn't get back to my computer yesterday evening. I jus****ched TV and stayed on the couch. I ate so many carbs once I got home yesterday, but was good the rest of the day. I had popcorn w/ added butter flavored salt, 2 girl scout cookies, part of a hamburger bun w/ chopped BBQ on it and a little potato salad for supper, probably 1/2 c of SF cool whip (by itself...made me nauseous)...just went beserk!
and...didn't really want to weigh this morning, but was DOWN!!! What the heck. I am trying to be really good starting today. I keep playing around and the last 15 is never going to come off if I don't get serious.
