Hiya ladies
April must be napping so I'll post! I hope everyone is having a nice day.
Here's what I ate..
B~ carb/sugar control yogart and few grapes
L~ Grilled pork chop & small salad
S~ Few peices of beef jerky and sf popsicle
D~ Ground turkey pattie & steamed broccoli
S~ Protein hot chocolate
vitamins: on track
exercise: none
Fluids: 50 oz so far

I was not home until late last night, so didn't get around to posting. Your post just looked so lonely sitting here by itself! I did pretty good w/ my eating. At Bunco she had salad and baked potatoes. I tried to put a lot of protein on my potato because there were a lot of fixings to add. I did eat a tiny piece of SF cake and ate a small piece of cookie made w/ choc. chip dough and broken of GS Thin mints. It was so good.
I should be home to do my menu today.
