Whatcha eatin Tuesday???
Hi all. Just posting real fast today since I'm getting overtime at work. This is my 4th 12 hr. shift in a row...i'm pooped! I've eaten quite a bit since 12 a.m. I just had the munchies, so today is my "Whateva!" day. Here's what I had:
2 slices of sausage and pepper pizza
Light n Fit yogurt
1 oz. RF cheese, 5 crackers
2 thin slices salami, 1 slice RF cheese
1 cake donut
a few goldfish
1 slice Whole Grain cinnamon toast w/raisin, some lite butter
5 buffalo bites, 3/4 large banana
Hopefully I'm done eating for the day!

Hey April...we seem to be on the same wavelength lately. I have had the munchies this evening. Here's what I had. Right now I'm so stuffed, I feel like !
On the menu:
B: 1/2 Sonic breakfast burrito
S: protein coffee
L: Tijuana Pie and Navy beans
S: Russell Stover's SF protein bar
D: 2 oz. steak, 1 small crawfish boudin link, some roasted pecans, and a SF ice cream bar !
I'm regretting eating all that at dinner over a period of time.

liquid: 104 oz.
protein: 85+ grams
exercise: nada

It looks like we all had a day of snacking! My stomach feels horrible now.
B~ power crunch bar
S~ handful of grapes and few cheese cubes
L~ 1/2 a chicken club wrap and small side salad
S~ 4 pineapple chunks, 1 strawberry and few grapes
S #2~ 4 saltine crackers
D~ Grilled pork chop and small salad
S~ small pack of hot peanuts.. (i'm addicted to these) & SF popsicle
Vitamins: done
Fluids: 66 oz
Exercise: job hunting?!
