I have to go to a baseball game in a little while, so thought I would post. How's your eating been today?
On the menu:

L: 3/4 c Tijuana Pie and Navy Beans & Russell Stover's SF protein bar
S: protein coffee & roasted pecans
D: maybe Frito pie and popcorn (at ballpark)
vitamins: done
liquids: 92 oz.
protein: 90 grams
exercise: 15 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, 110 sit ups
