I have to go to a baseball game in a little while, so thought I would post. How's your eating been today? On the menu: B: Low carb breakfast taco S: AchievOne Cappucino L: 3/4 c Tijuana Pie and Navy Beans & Russell Stover's SF protein bar S: protein coffee & roasted pecans D: maybe Frito pie and popcorn (at ballpark) vitamins: done liquids: 92 oz. protein: 90 grams exercise: 15 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, 110 sit ups Karla

E V E R Y T H I N G in sight!!!!!!!!! B ~ cottage cheese with pineapple and TWO M & M's 9yes I actually only ate two - good girl huh?) S - nectarine S ~ 2 pcs whole grain toast with butter L ~ meatloaf, green beans, potatoes S ~ few grapes and more cheetos than grapes! S ~ cherry coke zero D ~ Chicken, vegetable, rice casserole S ~ something S ~ something S ~ something S ~ something S ~ something S ~ something S ~ something S ~ something OK, you get the point!
