Hi all. Just wanted to post again before I headed out to work. It was a busy night last night at work! Hope it slows down tonight. Here's my menu: 2 oz. taco meat, 1/4 c. black beans, some FF sour cream and taco sauce w/ 1 WW/LC tortilla Light n Fit yogurt, some tortilla chips 2 pcs salami, 1 slice RF cheese, 1 banana some goldfish 1 chicken fritter, some salad w/ RF honey mustard drsg I packed some cucumber slices w/ lite catalina Exercise: ran the stairs at work...it's 6 flights!! Vitamins: takin em now! Fluids: 26 oz...I need to pick it up! April

Good evening April and Karla I've had a pretty decent day. I went job hunting this morning, window shopping in the mall and then came home and cut my parents grass. Something I have NEVER did before. My menu (lots of carbs) .. nobody felt like cooking today so we decided to do leftovers. I've had so much chicken lately, I'm gonna grow feathers. B~ Protein shake L~ 1 Baked chicken wing and 1/4 c. mashed potatoes S~ 4 saltine crackers and 1 slice of RF cheese D~ Baked chicken leg & 1/4 c. pinto beans S~ 1 small pk. of hot peanuts Vitmains: done Fluids: 60 oz so far.. Exercise: mowed the lawn G'night kay
