Whatcha eatin Saturday???
Hey all. I'm posting early because I have to work today. I've just been hanging out in the house all day. Where's everyone been??!! Come on and post!!! Here's my menu:
B- 1 pkt. Cheddar Cheese grits, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 3 slices bacon
L- 1 c. of my dad's chili, 1 slice bread w/lite butter
D- I'll have some taco meat w/black beans
S- I packed a SF pudding
Exercise: none
Vitamins: I'll take em before work
Fluids: 30 oz. so far.....

Hey April.
I've hang around the house all day too. Like most of my Saturday's, I have snacked and ate too much junk today.
B~ 1 egg, 2 strips of bacon, 1/4 c. grits and 1/2 slice of wheat toast
S~ protein hot chocolate
L~ 1/2 pork rib and handful of grapes
S~ 1 sugar cookie
D~ 1/2 c. chili beans, 1/2 hotdog w/ mustard (no bun) & 5 cheese puffs
S~ 1/2 sugar cookie and big handful of popcorn
No wonder why i got a tummy ache!
My neice and nephew came over and everytime they ate crap, i ate it too! I don't see how you ladies with young children do not graze on the junk that's around them.
Fluids, exercise and vitamins... bad

A day late...but here goes. We went to the movies, shopping, and out to eat w/ friends off the Texas OH message board yesterday. We had a good time. Saw "Norbit". It was okay, not as good as "The Klumps".
On the menu:
B: protein coffee
L: navy beans and chopped BBQ
S: 1/2 power crunch bar and small popcorn at movies
D: few chips and sauce, 1/4 taco al carbon (beef), bite of guacamole, 1/4 c beans, little chile con queso
S: popcorn and piece of reduced sugar choc. cake
vitamins: done
liquids: 104 oz.
protein: 65 grams
exercise: 20 minutes on bike, arm wt. workout, 120 sit ups, and walking the mall
