I don't see this so I'm jumping in. To the point, food!
B~ 1 pk. weight control oatmeal & 6 oz cc milk
L~ 2 roast beef and cheese roll up's with a lil ff mayo
S~ 1/4 c. NSA vanilla ice cream
D~ baked chicken leg, steamed broccoli and small salad
S~ Protein shake
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: jumped on trampoline & 2 mile walk
Water: 40 oz so far

Hey girl! I'm posting this a day late because all I did was sleep all day! I was soooo tired yesterday. I started to get back on track and the scale is moving again!! Here's what I had yesterday:
3 oz. chicken w/asparagus soup, 1/2 c. creamed spinach, 1/4 c. brown rice
2 salami and cheese rollups, 2 saltines, sm. can diced pears
2 graham crackers, light n fit yogurt
When I got home, my ordered a ham n cheese omelet, home fries, and a slice of toast that I ate off all day long
1 oz. pepper jack cheese, 4 WW crackers, light n fit yogurt
Exercise: none
Vitamins: I didn't have any yesterday
Fluids: 72 oz.

B: breakfast taco w/ low carb tortilla, meat, LF cheese, 1 strip bacon

L: Sausage/cheese dip w/ Doritos & 1/2" piece Red. Sugar choc. cake
S: protein coffee
D: steamed snow crab, boiled shrimp, 4 fried pickle pieces, 1 crouton and 1 piece of lettuce
S: 1 c popcorn at movies
S: 3/4 c trail mix
vitamins: done
liquids: 120 oz.
protein: 90 grams
exercise: 3 1/2 hrs constant yard work
