Oohhhh....it's so friggin nice out. 76 degrees here in Delaware. What have I been doing??? Sleeping!!! I got off work this morning, and only planning on going back in at 7 p.m. this evening. Somebody put some sunshine in a jar for me!!! Here's what I had: 3 oz. chicken w/asparagus soup, 1/4 c. brown rice, 1/4 c. creamed spinach 1/2 c. sliced strawberries, 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 2 graham crackers Light n Fit yogurt 1/2 glazed donut when leaving from work...my tummy hurt afterward...served me right!!! 20 oz. protein coffee 42g protein 1 scrambled egg, 2 oz. SPAM I'll pack some cucumber slices for snack tonight if I got hungry... Exercise: none Vitamins: gonna take em before I leave for work Fluids: 36 oz. so far... April

Hey April. I did well w/ my liquids yesterday. Hope to reap the benefit of it tomorrow morning on the scale. It always takes 2 days to see it there. I did cave in last night at 11:15 because I couldn't go to sleep and was hungry. I had gone over 24 hrs. w/ liquids only, so I ate 1/2 c trail mix. I went to sleep after that. Today I went to the chiropracter, Lowe's to buy plants, and the grocery store. I've done laundry, changed sheets, etc. I have to start working on my income tax return now. Shouldn't take too long since I have it all in a pile. On the menu: B: AchievOne Cappucino S: 1 1/2 c LF buttermilk (been wanting some) L: 1/4 c chopped BBQ and 3/4 c lima beans S: 1/4 c trail mix and protein coffee D: turkey dog w/ chili and cheese (only 1/2 bun S: cottage cheese w/ true lime and splenda vitamins: done liquids: 72 oz. so far, much more to go protein: 110+ grams exercise: arm wt. workout, 120 sit ups, 20 minutes on bike Karla

Have to change mine. I had a little more trail mix, no cottage cheese, and a 1/2" slice of chocolate cake made w/ Pillsbury Splenda cake mix. It was good. Karla

Hey April and Karla The weather is nice here too. I'm feeling ok. I have my moments but I know in time, I'll be fine. My mom has been on my butt about eating, protein and vitamins so todays menu looks better than it has been. B~ Carb/Sugar control yogart L~ Baked chicken leg S~ Protein hot chocolate D~ Grilled pork chop, small salad and 2 bites of mashed potatoes S~ 5 cheese cubes and 5 grapes Fluids: 42 oz so far.. Vitamins: on track Exercise: took 3 walks today. I have not clue how far.
