Whatcha eatin on Tuesday?
Hi all! I'm posting early because I gotta work tonight. I'm still tired from yesterday! I got this morning and went to a CardioMix class....whoo! That's all I gotta say! But I'm gonna be eating lunch soon then taking a lil nap. Here's my menu:
B- 2 oz. lite SPAM, Light n Fit yogurt
S- 1 oz. cashews, protein coffee 1/2 hr. later
L- having the other half of my sub from yesterday and a banana
D- I'm slow cooking some chicken w/asparagus soup, brown rice and creamed spinach
S- I'm packing the other piece of parmesan chicken I had last night....protein!!!
Exercise: 45 mins of CardioMix...my body is sore!
Vitamins: I'll take them before I leave for work for an energy boost
Fluids: 56 oz. so far and it's only 12:45 p.m.!

Even though it's spring break, I'm working today. Then we have baseball games starting at 4:00. I'll go home and get my son at 3:30 to go to the baseball field. My nephew plays at 4:00 so we'll watch him first. I guess I'll borrow a baseball cap from my son because I look like crap. I have on no makeup and my hair is sticking out everywhere. I didn't really care since no one else is at work. I'm trying to crank out some work since it's nice and quiet here.
I'm doing all liquids today to get back on track!
so far:
3 c SF apple flavored water
2 c protein coffee (decaf)
2 c SF apple cider
2 c decaf coffee
2 c chicken broth
small SF jello
2 c protein coffee (decaf)
??? more liquids after that
more protein coffee/drink
vitamins: done
liquids: 104 so far, more to go
protein: 80+ grams
exercise: arm wt. workout and 30 minutes on bike.
